Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed
you would see the glory of God?” (ESV) John 11:40
This verse comes from the context of the death of Lazarus.
He died and was buried. His sisters and friends were really sad and weeping when
Jesus arrived. Humanly speaking, no one can do anything for Lazarus. Everything
ended. However, Jesus said if you believe, you would see the glory of God. The term
glory of God shows the greatness of God which He manifests through signs and
wonders for his people in the most impossible situations. The glory of God can
just change every impossible situation into a miracle. The key to see the
glorious deeds of God is faith. Faith is trusting God and acting on that trust against
the most unfavorable situation to see the glory of God. Faith brings unseen supernatural
blessings into a seen reality in our lives. Let us apply faith and release the
glory of God in every aspect of lives. If you believe, you will see the glory
of God.
